About Eileen Walsh

REALTOR® / Attorney at Law. President of and top producer for Los Angeles Canyon Living Real Estate. Legislative Liaison to the California Association of Realtors. Certified Residential Specialist; Seniors Real Estate Specialist; e-Pro

After graduating from the University of California at Berkeley, and the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, Eileen practiced tax, real estate and business law for many years before becoming a Realtor. Eileen has been practicing real estate sales exclusively for over 18 years in Los Angeles. She keeps her law license active, however, so that she can provide FREE legal advice, if needed, in the areas of real estate, contracts and tax to her clients during a sales transaction. Her legal background is evident to her clients in her winning negotiating style, her ability to provide financial and tax advice, as well as her ability to clarify contractual obligations and duties to keep the parties on track throughout the house purchase or sale. Eileen's clients can feel secure knowing they are receiving an extra layer of protection in what is, essentially, when all is said and done, a legal transaction.

Eileen has earned the much coveted Certified Residential Specialist real estate designation, the internationally recognized industry gold standard. CRS standards indicate that it signifies an agent who has completed, and continues taking, exclusive, advanced professional training and who has demonstrated outstanding professional achievement in residential real estate. With its stringent designation requirements, only the top 4% of real estate agents in the U.S. have attained CRS status per the CRS organization. CRS is an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors.

With her demonstrable knowledge of Los Angeles real estate across the LA Basin, along with her technical and marketing expertise, Eileen's clients include, among others, top entertainment industry business people and celebrities, including actors, writers, directors, producers and TV personalities, as well as fashion designers, lawyers, physicians, and journalists. She understands that confidentiality and discretion are invaluable to her clients. Yet Eileen just as much enjoys working with the first time home buyer at lower price points. 80% of Eileen's business is based upon client referrals because she thoroughly enjoys helping her clients navigate the many nuances of a successful transaction.
Eileen maintains life-long relationships with all her clients and stands ready to help them with all their real estate related needs. Eileen represents the entire Los Angeles Basin, including the neighborhoods of Beverly Hills Post Office, Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Beverly Glen, West Hollywood, Santa Monica, Sherman Oaks, Studio City, Malibu, Topanga Canyon and the entire Hollywood Hills area.

Eileen gives back to the real estate community as a Legislative Liaison to the California Association of Realtors. She is a member of the Los Angeles World Affairs Council and is an avid traveler, having spent significant time in 45 other countries.
